With a passion for coffee and a promising slogan "Your Cafe Partner", Benitorr has been advocating quality beverages since 2002. With more than 10 years of experience in this industry, Benitorr not only supplies top quality coffee, tea and chocolate beverages to cafe outlets, they also supply coffee machines and after-sale service for your convenience.
For coffee enthusiasts you may purchase roasted coffee beans or premixed coffee powder from Benitorr's showroom and enjoy a good cup-of-jo at the comfort of your home.
Today I am going to talk about Benitorr's newly launched roasted coffee beans. They are house-roasted, uniquely packed to retain its premium quality and 100% Arabica. There are 4 types of coffee beans to be chosen from: Ethiopia, Brazil, Java and Guatemala. Let's look into the characteristics of each coffee beans and you shall then decide which one best suits your taste preference.
Ethiopian coffee carries a floral and fruity taste. The flavour is intense with aromatic profiles of lemon, flowers, and cocoa. It is also well known for its complexity with a pungent, winey quality and a distinct wildness in their acidity.
Brazilian coffee exhibits a bittersweet and chocolaty flavour. It has this soft, nutty sweet taste that lingers in the mouth, yet maintains its mild and balanced flavour. A special characteristic of Brazilian coffee is its ability to take medium roasts without turning overly bitter.
Java coffee bean is relatively low in acidity and often contains a slightly spicy or smoky twist. Nevertheless, it leaves a sweet impression overall, very smooth and supple. Java coffee boasts a good, medium body with a lingering finish and herbaceous subtleties in the aftertaste, together with some nutty notes.
Guatemala coffee has a spicy flavour profile with notes of berries and lemon. With its fair amount of acidity, it typically tastes stronger, indicating a full body and a rich chocolaty-cocoa flavour, with citrusy sweetness. You are very unlikely to fall asleep during work with this classic trusty morning coffee around the office.
All coffee beans are certified HALAL and are strictly adhered to the quality processes governed by ISO22000, HACCP and GMP certifications. They are available in 250g and 1KG in size for personal or commercial use.
We were lucky to sample a cup of in-house Americano.
Other than their signature house-roasted coffee beans, premixed coffee is also available to be purchased for coffee lovers who prefer convenience and do not have a coffee machine at home.
The varieties range from White Coffee to Cappuccino to Mochaccino. What's special about their coffee powder is they are able to make 3 kinds of beverages - Hot, Cold and Ice Blended. We were given some sachets to bring home and we enjoyed them very much.
White Coffee premixed powder
This nutlike flavoured coffee is my favourite. The texture was smooth with adequate amount of creamer and sugar. An on-the-go coffee for lazy mornings.
Cappuccino premixed powder
Rich in flavour and texture, this coffee suits those who prefer a bolder taste in their cup of jo. With the premixed powder, you are able to get a kick out of a good cup of coffee instantly.
Mochaccino premixed powder
Widely known as Mocha, I love its concoction of coffee and chocolate. In fact, it tasted more chocolaty in this drink and the thickness was lovely too.
To wrap up, Benitorr is a quality assured 'Cafe Partner' of yours, with its availability of coffee beans, coffee machines and after sale services.
Till next time~
